The dream business is a different thing to different people. To me the ideal business would be one you could get into without a large initial investment, that would have low operating expense, that would require a small investment in time, that would be a low risk venture, that would allow you to work to your own schedule, that would have a predetermined product movement, and that would provide a large income (high 6 figures or more). There is only one business you can get in to and have all the above-mentioned. I am speaking of course of Network Marketing also known as Multi Level Marketing. There are more millionaires made in MLM than any other business and many of these people are of average intelligence and began at a low income level. There are also a lot of people entering in to MLM and not making it. The problem is not MLM, but the fact that most people are not given the information they need to succeed. The focus is always on the products and how to get people to buy them. That is all well and good you should know about your product and how to get people to buy it, but what is the point to making a lot of money if you don’t know how to run a business. If you start making a lot of money and don’t know what you are doing, you could end up giving it all to Uncle Sam. You are misled in to thinking that if you sell a lot of product you will make a lot of money. This is not true, you will make a lot of money only if you build a successful organization. You need a good solid business plan then you need to impalement your plan and set up your business. Know where you are going, organize your people, train them, and then get products moving. No one makes any money until products are moving. I have laid out a plan that will help you structure your organization, show you how to train your people, take advantage of little known small business tax benefits, and get the right amount of products moving. This is an exclusive plan only for people who have a strong desire to build a business with a good income. I hope that when you have finished reading this you will have learned what is needed to succeed and see that we are providing all of the necessary information. Not many would consider a recovery form a serious illness as having an unfair advantage in anything. Yet in health related MLM companies that is the key ingredient in the success of some of their most successful distributors, but there are those that don’t have a success story or just don’t understand what they are supposed to do. Does this mean that people that seem healthy can’t succeed in the company? No.... I have formulated a plan for those who are in apparent good health and help those who don’t know what to do. I call it The Business Builders Group. Come and join us, this plan removes all the pit falls that cause most to fail and I don’t charge you for this information or to join the group.

How do you distinguish legitimate Network Marketing (NM) Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) operations from illegal pyramid schemes? Here are five things pyramids do that differentiate them from legitimate companies:

1. Promote the business opportunity as the "product." Always determine exactly what the product is before giving the opportunity a second look.

We will promote the business opportunity, but not as the product. We instead focus on educating the individuals on the business opportunity. We help by laying out commitments that are needed to succeed. We acknowledge that Mannatech products are needed by everyone that eats and breaths.



2. Require front-end inventory loading. For legitimate MLM companies, you pay a small fee to get into the business, and inventory is optional.

There is only the company required distributor pack ($100.00) which includes many sales aids and products. You are required to make a monthly product purchase ($100.00) to qualify for commissions and bonuses. Since this is a required expense for your business it is also tax deductible. 3. Require substantial cash investments. The red flag is when you’re required to spend $500 or more to get into the business opportunity. Most MLM offers initially cost less than $100.

I look at this as purchasing a business for $100.00 down and $125.00 per month. With this business, anyone has the potential of making upwards of $35,000.00 or more per business period. You will be hard press to find another business opportunity, with that potential, at that investment.



4. Pay fees for recruiting. "A legitimate MLM opportunity will have compensation based on product sales and not recruiting," says Jeffrey Babener, a partner in the Portland, Oregon, law firm Babener & Associates who represents many network marketing companies.

All commissions are paid on product sales and bonuses, there are no fees paid for recruiting.



5. Don’t buy back. Says Babener, "Any plan that doesn’t agree in writing to repurchase a reasonable percentage of unused inventory or sales materials for a stated time after purchase should be avoided."

Since there is no inventory required there is none to buy back

Three blocks that keep people from making money in network marketing.

1). Cannot sell the product, or has no success story, or no commitment to do what is needed.

2). Cannot recruit the number of people needed to build a strong down line.

3). For the above reasons, give up too soon.

What this plan will do for these people so they too can be successful.

1). The plan gives clear cut commitments that anyone can achieve. Commitment is the main driving force in any endeavor.

2). The plan is simple and requires you to find only three people who are of same mind and who would like to make money.

3). The plan, through commitment, simple requirements, and accountability makes working with the plan a pleasure and you share the work and rewards with others in the group.

This plan, I believe, is a networking marketing structure that can’t fail as long as everyone does what they agree to.

NM or MLM Business Opportunities are Safer Than Most Other Business Opportunities
Can every one make money in Network Marketing?

No one need lose a cent in Network Marketing (NM). In fact most, if not all, should make substantial incomes if they wish to. The problem for most people is, they don’t know what the successful people know. The unfortunate truth is that when a new person signs up, they are not taught the important things about making their business work and grow. The emphasis is always on how to sell the product with little to no education in the benefit of the business side. It is assumed you know how to run a business and how to take advantage of tax benefits that can be the difference between failure and success. As with any business venture, it is what you don’t know that will cause disappointment and failure.
There are a few NM/MLM companies that have structured their compensation plans so that you can’t fail.... that’s right you read it right. I know it is hard to believe. There are companies out there that do care enough about your success to create a comp plan that helps you succeed. Unfortunately they make the mistake of thinking that everyone will know how to use the tools they provide. That is just not true. Most NM/MLM opportunities are presented to people who have never owned a business. A lot of the tools the companies provide can only be recognized by a seasoned business man or a good CPA.
I will be using Mannatech to base The Business Builders Group on, because I believe they have one of the best compensation plan and great products that really help people with health problems. When you sign up with them as a distributor, they require you to purchase a sign-up pack. That is pretty much standard for the industry. The packs cost $100.00 which is a bargain because you get more than $100.00 worth of product plus sales material. Now that is a good deal, but they went one step farther and let you use that purchase as your PV for your first business period. PV is required Personal Volume (purchases you make) to qualify for commission and bonus checks. Some consider this a bad thing and think the company shouldn’t require such a purchase. The fact is... this is one of the most important aspects of your new business. The success of their business and yours depend on that purchase every business period. If you join an NM/MLM and don’t make the required monthly purchases, you are not doing your part for the success of your own business or the success of others. Another reason you should consider this a good thing is that since it is required by the company, it is a business expense and thus a tax deduction. This not only makes the products you purchase free, but it also guarantees everyone’s business will succeed including yours.
I have a hard time believing that anyone with this knowledge would not want to start creating their own business. Free health building products a free business with a substantial income. It’s a WIN WIN proposition, but everyone must do their part. There are many other tax benefits that will help you grow your business. I strongly suggest you seek the advice of an accountant or a CPA, you will need to when you start making the big bucks anyway.
I have studied several down lines to see what is causing the organization to not do well. I found that as high as 9 out of 10 people that have signed up as distributors are not making the $100.00 per month purchase. They are cheating themselves and the people that invited them into the fantastic opportunity. The second thing I found is that most of them didn’t sign up as a distributor to create a business, but just to get the extra discount. In my opinion that is wrong and it is the main reason your business won’t and can’t grow. At the above rate you would need almost 100,000 people in your group to get the same income as you would get if you had 9,600 people who were making monthly purchases. See why you would probably not make it if the monthly purchases are not made. The people that are not ordering, are missing out on free products and they are stopping you and themselves from building a good income. I believe that if a person only wants to use the product you should sign them up as a member and give them the lesser discount (it’s only 5% less).

This is how the plan works:
You start by joining the Mannatech family by signing up under the person that gave you this information. This person will help you to do this if you need. You can and should setup an auto order of at least $125.00 at the same time for the next business period (remember $100 of that can be tax deductible). You then go out and recruit your three business builders and help them sign up. You will also want to encourage them to get their three people as soon as possible. You must find the right people who want to build a business and create a good income and who will stick with it and do what they have to. When your downline reaches the above left structure, you qualify for the Team Bonus which is $100.00 per business period (save this money back plus the $60 direct bonus you will receive for signing up your 3 people). From this point on the structure doesn’t matter, you will advance according to the group volume generated from your three legs. Keep in mind your commission and bonus checks lag about a month.
When your group volume reaches $1,500 you will be asked to qualify as Regional Director (RD) an upgrade fee of $329 is required (pay from the money you are saving back). You will have at least 15 people in your down line. At that point your income will be at least $150.00 per business period (BP = 4 weeks) (save this money back plus the $180 direct bonus you will receive for your 3 builders upgrade plus star bonuses).
When your group volume reaches $6,000 you will be asked to qualify as National Director (ND) an upgrade fee of $799 is required (pay with the money you saved back). You will have at lease 48 people in your down line. At that point your income should be at least $750.00 +Bonuses per business period. There are no additional upgrade fees, but there is an annual renewal fee ($229). Every one makes money on these fees including you. Accumulate 6000 PQC (pack qualifying credits) in each of two of your legs and you receive a $1000 one time Power Bonus.
When your group volume reaches $20,000 you qualify as an Executive Director (ED) and have 160 people in your down line. At that point your income will be at least $2,500 +Bonuses per business period. You should receive Power Bonus Shares of up to $1500 from each of your 3 legs.
When your group volume reaches $60,000 you qualify as a Presidential Director (PD)and you have 480 people in your down line. At that point your income will be at least $6,000 +Bonuses per business period. From this point on you advance according to the number of Presidential Directors in your first level. One PD qualifies you as a Bronze Presidential, two PDs in your down line qualifies you as a Silver Presidential. All this time your income is increasing as you qualify for more bonuses. When all three of your people achieve Presidential Director status you will qualify for Gold Presidential. Typically Gold Presidential earn incomes of $35,000 + per business period. Remember there are 13 business periods per year. That’s a cool $455,000 per year. Not a million, but not bad. There is one more level above Gold Presidential and that’s Platinum Presidential and you will have to start a fourth leg if you want to achieve that level. Everyone gets free products plus a very substantial income. As I see it, it’s a win win situation.

What do I do now?
Please review the above information and the commitment certificate carefully. Don’t be influenced by the promise of a big income. If you can see what a great opportunity Mannatech and NM/MLM is and the commitments seem like commitments you can live with, then please waste no time signing up and getting started building your business NOW. If you are not sure, then study the commitments, study the above information again, and study your heart carefully before you get involved. If you get involved you will be expected to follow through so you don’t hurt those that are doing what is required for them to make it. You will also be expected to work with your down line for the first level or two so no one gets stopped and not able to progress.

Exactly what are your responsibilities as a part of the Business Builders Group?
The first thing you will be responsible for is paying for the auto order every business period. You must keep this payment going as if it were the mortgage payment for your new business. You may be asked to increase this amount, but not until you are making enough to easily afford it. The increase will effectively give everyone (including you) a raise in salary. You must either use the product you purchase or give it to a family member. As with any business or job, you must work and do your part if the business is to succeed. You must recruit 3 Business Builders who want to build a substantial income. You will be expected to choose these people very carefully, because your income and everyone else’s income depends on it. You will be expected to make every effort to recruit your 3 builders within the first month. This will begin your income sooner and if everyone gets their 3 people in the first month, it will only take 8 months for you to fill your organization and receive full income. Your job will be to manage your 3 builders so recruit someone you can work with. The 3 builders you recruit are your responsibility (you signed them up) and you must see that they fulfill their obligations. If you get someone that doesn’t fulfill their obligation, it will be your responsibility to sign up another person. You must maintain 3 active builders under you at all times.
When the plan is paying you a good income ($450,000 or more) and you have met your goal for financial freedom. I suggest you now turn your attention to your family’s health and get everyone on Mannatech products. Make your auto order as big as you need. If every one does this it will improve all your families health and increase everyone’s income. If your heart leads you to help others who can not pay for the products, then God will bless you. I believe if you choose to join this group, it will be the best decision of your life.

Summery
In short your organization will be made up of people who are doing the same thing you are, all are accountable to their sponsor, all are receiving a 6 figure income from the $125 products their organization is purchasing (when their organization matures), Uncle Sam is paying you back $100 per business period ($1300 per year) of your product purchase, and your immune system will be the best it can be (by consuming the product).
After reading the information you should be ready to sign the Commitment Certificate, fill out and sign the Business Builders Group Agreement, and fill out a Mannatech Associate Application. All that is left to do, is to find your 3 business builders and get them started. There is a brighter day just around the corner.
