2. I agree to sign up with Mannatech as a Preferred Customer or an AllStart. I understand the minimum cost is $100.00 _______.
   
3. I agree to upon getting my Associate number, setup an auto order of at least $125.00 _______.
   
4. I agree to make every effort to sign up my 3 Business Builders with in one month _______.
   
5. I agree to make myself responsible for carefully choosing and monitoring the 3 Business Builders I sign up _______.
   
6. I agree to continue this for a period of one year before quitting _______.
   
7. I agree that if I quit, I will sign a transfer application and give it to the person that signed me up so a replacement can be placed in my position or I will find a replacement my self ________.
   
8. I agree that I or someone in my family will use the products purchased from Mannatech _______.
   

This agreement is to let everyone know what is expected of them.  If you disagree with even one of the requirements PLEASE DON’T SIGN this or get involved.
